Common Questions
Is your service really free?
Yes. Our coordination service costs you nothing. If a program has its own cost — for example, a monthly monitoring plan for a medical alert device or a pharmacy's medication price — it is explained to you clearly before anything is set up, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Will this change my Medicare, Medicaid or insurance?
No. Using our service does not change, replace or cancel your existing Medicare, Medicaid or insurance coverage.
What happens after I submit a form?
A care coordinator reviews your request, usually within one business day, and contacts you using the method you chose to confirm your eligibility and explain your options.
Can I sign up for more than one program?
Yes. Select every program you are interested in on the form. Each one is coordinated separately and we keep you informed along the way.
Can I get a medical alert device at no cost?
Some people can. Certain state Medicaid programs and some Medicare Advantage plans cover medical alert services, and some providers include equipment at no charge with a monitoring plan. Coverage depends on your state and plan — we check for you.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Our forms are HIPAA-compliant and encrypted. Your information is only used to coordinate the programs you request, and it is never sold.
Prefer to talk to a person?
Our care coordinators can answer your questions and walk you through your options by phone.
